Jeff Woods is a Nashville powerhouse soul, r&b, blues, funk, rock, americana singer/songwriter. Jeff was born into a musical family. His early influences came from artists that recorded in Muscle Shoals, Memphis, Nashville, Chicago, Motown, and his home roots of Bristol, TN. After attending college at MTSU, he would go on to record with some of the biggest songwriters & musicians in the music industry inside Nashville. In 2014, Jeff released his 1st long awaited album “Roots & Redemption”. The lead single “Happy” would go on to be the biggest single to date for his career. In 2018, Jeff released his 2nd album “The Count”. A concept album to represent his love for retro soul, mixed with modern undertones of blues. The Nashville Scene Magazine declared Jeff Woods to have one of the best blues projects released in 2018 in all of Nashville. in 2021 Jeff released "Best Summer" to rave reviews & the song was placed on internet radio stations all over the world & was placed on several top Spotify playlists. In 2022 the ep "Summer Weekends" was released and it featured a lighter side of tunes. The "Jeff Woods Band" is one of Nashville's premier live bands. Jeff has opened for legendary artists like Steve Cropper, Kansas, Joe Bonamassa, John Berry, and K-Ci & JoJo, and has shared the stage with several soul bands. You can also expect incredible musicianship from his fellow band members. His live show is one that will have everyone dancing, grooving, and having a great time!
